services industry is one where safety is of the utmost
concern, CES has committed itself to safety excellence,
through creating an exacting safety training and tracking
regimen, and the development of Carson Safety Services.
Staffed by a highly skilled
team of safety professionals, Carson Safety Services
has helped the Company achieve safety milestones such
as reaching 4 million man-hours LTA free. CES has received
recognition from such safety authorities as Enform –
Partnerships in Injury Reduction, Heavy Construction
Safety Association of Sask., and Manitoba Heavy Construction
Safety Program.

Our risk management method includes
experienced observation, site management, specialized help,
and specialized safety equipment. This includes support in
hazard identification, ensuring safe work performance, comprehensive
accident investigation, accurate reporting and documentation,
site personnel training, safety audits, gas testing and automatic
warning devices, and a wide range of safety, signage and First
Aid equipment.

Training can be held at a CES location or a
location of client’s choice. Specially designed courses
are also available.
Each newly-hired CES employee must undergo a
Carson Orientation of up to 10 hours, after which his records
are entered into the CES Safety Database to ensure that all
safety certification remains current and provide real-time
statistics tracking.
CAR
In order to emphasize the need for safety, CES
requires all employees to attend an annual CAR seminar. CAR
(Compliance, Accountability, Responsibility) reviews the responsibilities
of each employee, the expectations of the employer, and provides training, guest
speakers and instructional videos.

CES complies with ISNetWorld and Canada
HSE online contractor databases.
