President, Ron Carson |
Carson Energy Services Ltd.,
a wholly owned subsidiary of Flint Energy Services Ltd, is
a western Canadian based oilfield service company with over
three decades of industry experience. The Carson head office
is located in Lampman, Saskatchewan and has over 1100 employees
with 14 operational locations covering the major energy plays
in Saskatchewan, Manitoba and eastern Alberta.
Flint Energy Services Ltd. is
a market leader providing an expanding range of integrated
products and services for the oil and gas industry including:
production services; infrastructure construction; oilfield
transportation; and maintenance services. Including the recent
acquisition of Carson, Flint has over 10,000 employees, providing
this unique breadth of products and services from over 80
strategic locations in the oil and gas producing areas of
North America, from Inuvik in the Northwest Territories to
Mission, Texas on the Mexican border. Flint is a preferred
provider of infrastructure construction management, module
fabrication, maintenance services for upgrading, and production

History
Through the years, Carson Energy Services evolved
from its first incarnation as a small welding contractor in
1974 to one of the industry's most respected energy services
company today.
In 1985, the Company reached a milestone by
exceeding 100 employees. Crew trucks and construction equipment
were added to the Company's portfolio over time.
In March 2009, the Company changed its name
to Carson Energy Services to better reflect the increased
range of services it offers - but kept the character, quality,
dedication and service on which its customers have come to
rely on.
Through the hard work and perseverance of its
founder - Ron Carson, Carson Energy Services has been able
to evolve with the changing industry, experiencing sustained
and profitable growth.
In October 2011, Flint Energy Services Ltd.,
based in Calgary, Alberta, acquired Carson Energy Services,
which operates as its wholly owned subsidiary. Flint Energy
Services Ltd. is a Canadian owned and operated public company
offering diversified energy services through its many operations
